danagg reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Website. To use danagg Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
danagg strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 21, you must not attempt to access danagg Services. Parents and guardians should monitor internet usage to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
To access danagg Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and telephone number. All information provided during registration must be true, current, and complete. You must update your Account information promptly if it changes.
You are required to verify your identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a clear photo of your Indonesian KTP and a selfie photograph for facial verification. This verification must be completed before you can process your first withdrawal. danagg reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment methods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must immediately notify danagg customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
danagg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. All activities conducted through your Account are presumed to be authorized by you. You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of unauthorized access.
Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. The name on your Account must match the name on your payment method and identity verification documents. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods supported by danagg, including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and other approved methods. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, you should contact customer support with your transaction receipt. danagg does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may charge fees that are outside our control.
You must only deposit funds that you legally own and that are not derived from illegal or unauthorized sources. danagg complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to conduct due diligence on any transaction.
You may withdraw funds from your Account at any time, subject to these Terms & Conditions and completion of the KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 unless you have been granted a higher limit as part of our VIP program.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your name that matches your verified identity documents. danagg processes withdrawal requests within 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed starting from 09:00 WIB the next business day.
Your first withdrawal may take up to 2-4 hours as we conduct additional security verification. danagg does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank may charge incoming transfer fees that are outside our control.
Before processing a withdrawal, any active bonus wagering requirements must be met, and you may be required to wager a minimum amount equal to your deposit to comply with AML regulations. danagg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
danagg offers self-imposed deposit limit tools as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. danagg may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotion details. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed to constitute bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings, and may lead to Account suspension.
danagg reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any bonus at our sole discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied. Time limits apply to all bonuses; unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after the stated period.
All bets are subject to acceptance by danagg. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or odds discrepancies. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except as specified in these Terms or as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. danagg is not responsible for bets placed in error by the User. All odds are subject to change until the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in your bet history are the odds that apply to your bet.
Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results as declared by the relevant sports authority or governing body. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case bets remain valid.
For live in-play betting, there may be a short delay between real-time events and the updating of odds and markets on the danagg platform. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the risk of the User. danagg reserves the right to void bets placed on outcomes that were already determined at the time of bet placement due to technical delays.
All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures random and fair outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or altered by danagg or any player. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during gameplay, the game round will either complete automatically based on your last action, or the round will be voided and your stake refunded. Specific game rules are available within each game interface.
Winning bets are settled and credited to your Account balance as soon as the outcome is confirmed. For sports betting, settlement typically occurs within minutes of the event conclusion. In cases of disputed outcomes, settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed by the relevant authority.
danagg reserves the right to void bets and reverse settlements if an error is identified, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect results, technical malfunctions, or fraudulent activity. If funds have already been withdrawn, danagg reserves the right to recover those funds.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on danagg:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities. danagg reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and cooperate with relevant authorities.
danagg provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, danagg disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
danagg does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the Services.
You acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. danagg is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of our Services. You bet entirely at your own risk.
danagg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if danagg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall danagg's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
danagg is not responsible for errors or failures caused by internet connectivity issues, server downtime, third-party service providers, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting danagg customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling-related concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for self-exclusion procedures.
danagg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for Account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
Upon Account termination, danagg reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance if there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violations, pending investigation. If no violations are found, remaining funds will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
Accounts with no login activity or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. danagg reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts with a positive balance to cover administrative costs. Dormant Account fees will be deducted from your Account balance until the balance reaches zero. You may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of danagg Services shall be resolved through the following process:
You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim is time-barred.
By using danagg Services, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against danagg.
